
THE UNIVERSAL CHEER EXPERIENCE IS A GREAT WAY TO BE INTRODUCED TO THE SPORT OF CHEERLEADING. ATHLETES WILL LEARN THE DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR COMPETITIVE ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING AND PERFORMANCE.
Level One
Monday - Wednesday
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Cartwheel; Round Off Rebound; Back Bend Kick Over; (Front & Back Walkover strongly preferred for Level One Placement and required by competition season). Strong technique includes straight legs and pointed toes.
Level Two
Monday - Wednesday
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Standing Back Handspring; Round Off Series of Back Handsprings; (Back Walkover Back Handspring and Specialty Pass to Round Off Back Handspring strongly preferred for Level Two Placement); Strong technique includes straight legs with feet together.
Level Three
Tuesday & Thursday
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Round off Back Handspring Back Tuck; Standing Three Back Handsprings; Multiple Jump Combo to Standing Two Back Handsprings; (Specialty Pass to a Back Tuck & Punch Front strongly preferred); Strong technique includes tall sets and strong landings.
Level Four
Tuesday & Thursday
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Round off Back Handspring Layout; Consistent Standing Back Tuck; Multiple Jump Combo to One or Two Handsprings to Layout; (Variety Running Pass to Layout strongly preferred for Level Four Placement); Strong Technique includes tall sets, straight bodies and strong landings.
Level Five
Thursday
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Running Pass with a Full; Standing Two Back Handsprings to a Full; Consistent Four Whipped Jumps to a Back Tuck; (Variety Running Pass to Full, Multiple Jumps to Standing Two Back Handsprings to a Full and Running Pass with a Double Full Preferred for SR 5 Worlds Team Placement); Strong technique includes tall sets, straight bodies and strong landings.
